Looking for a Bookkeeper who is a multi-tasker with excel spreadsheet experience!
Growing small business is ready to add additional staff to help with multiple companies bookkeeping using QuickBooks. A background in human resource functions would be helpful as well.
We are looking for a detail-orientated, personable, organized professional to add to our team. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Our office is located in Portage.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Full Charge Bookkeeping for multiple entities
*Subcontractor Compliance Tracking - Insurance, W-9's Etc.
*Office Organization
*Simple Auditing of accounts required
Ideal Skills/requirements:
Preferred Associates Degree in Accounting
· Minimum Requirements:
· Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
· Office Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
*Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Etc.
*Quickbooks Experience
*General Computer Skills - Sending emails, attaching files to emails, electronic filing etc.
*Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize
Full Benefits with Medical available after 90 days and 401 K Available
